Latent Divergence Studios ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, RetroScroll (the "Application").

We are committed to data minimization. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly through the Application.
Non-Personal Data
The Application may automatically collect certain non-personal information, including:

In-App Purchases (Billing)
RetroScroll offers features that can be purchased (e.g., to remove advertisements). These transactions are processed through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your financial information (such as credit card numbers). All payment processing is handled securely by Google. We only receive a confirmation token from Google to verify and activate your purchase.

RetroScroll is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete that information.
5. International Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
