Terms of Service for RetroScroll

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. In-App Purchases and Billing

RetroScroll may offer digital content or features for purchase (e.g., ad removal). All transactions are processed through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your financial information. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that access to it will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services, including Google Play Services, Google AdMob, and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
