1. Acceptance
By downloading or using LifeOps ("the App"), developed by Latent Divergence Studios, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App Does
LifeOps is a personal productivity tool for tracking assets, expenses, documents, and reminders. It operates entirely offline. All data is stored locally on your device.
3. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
4. Financial Information
Any financial figures, spending totals, or insights displayed by the App are derived solely from data you manually enter. They are for personal reference only and do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information shown in the App.
5. Data Responsibility
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups. We recommend using the Export Backup feature regularly. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, factory reset, uninstallation, or any other cause.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. The App is intended for personal use only.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and design are owned by Latent Divergence Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latent Divergence Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
