Introduction

Godseed: Look Away ("the App") is developed and maintained by Latent Divergence Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game save data (world state, creature genetics, settlement data, progression)
• Achievement and perk progress
• Settings and preferences (audio volume, colorblind mode, tutorial completion)
• Hall of Fame creature records
• Species history and DNA designs
• Daily login tracking
• Play time statistics

This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. It remains exclusively on your device and can be deleted at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.

Sensor Data

The App uses the following device sensors for gameplay:

• Accelerometer: Used to detect when the phone is placed face-down, triggering the "look away" time acceleration mechanic. This data is processed in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (Ad ID)
• General location data (IP-based, not precise GPS)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)

• We do not use camera or microphone
• We do not track you across other apps or websites
• We do not sell any data to third parties

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third parties, except Google AdMob for the purpose of serving advertisements (as described above).

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is rated for all ages and contains no inappropriate content.

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device. We do not retain any data on our servers. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
