Privacy Policy for Peg Like a Pro

1. The Short Version

• We do not require an account and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal data on our own servers.
• Your game progress and settings stay on your device.
• The app shows advertising provided by Google AdMob, which processes some device data to serve ads. Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from the app's settings.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The app has no accounts, no registration, no analytics of our own, and no server of ours that receives your data. We cannot see your gameplay, your scores, or anything else about you.

3. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Your best scores, puzzle progress, and preferences (peg style, board theme, haptics, and the timestamp of the last shown advert) are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is deleted when you uninstall the app, and best scores can also be cleared at any time via Settings → Reset best scores.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays full-screen adverts using Google AdMob, part of Google Mobile Ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its certified advertising partners may process:

• your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID),
• IP address and coarse, IP-derived location,
• device information (model, operating system, screen size, language),
• ad interaction data (which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped).

Depending on your consent choices, ads may be personalised (based on your ad identifier and inferred interests) or non-personalised (based only on contextual information such as your approximate location and the current app).

We do not receive any of this data ourselves. Google's processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, and Google's advertising technology.

5. Your Consent Choices

If you are in a region where consent is legally required (for example the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), the app shows a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform before any advertising identifiers are used. You may consent, decline, or manage individual purposes and partners.

You can review or change your choices at any time via Settings → Privacy options inside the app.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data about you, these rights are exercised against the relevant data processor — Google — using the consent controls above and the tools at My Ad Center and Google Ads Settings. You can also reset or delete your device's advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).

7. Children

The app is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; the app itself collects none from anyone.

8. Data Retention

We retain nothing, because we collect nothing. Local data lives on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Google's retention of advertising data is described in the Google policies linked above.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, note it in the app's update notes. Continued use of the app after a change means the updated policy applies.
