Mole Security Toolkit provides diagnostic, wireless, and network assessment tools. Probing or scanning networks, systems, or devices without explicit authorization is illegal in most jurisdictions. You agree that you will only perform network sweeps, port scans, Wi-Fi surveys, or device audits on networks and systems that you own or are expressly authorized to test.
3. Local Storage & Scope Guards
The app includes engagement scope boundaries and local cryptographic logging designed to help record authorized testing scope. You are solely responsible for ensuring your scope definitions align with your legal authorizations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Latent Divergence Studios does not warrant that network assessments will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Latent Divergence Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app or tools provided therein.
